Emotional Support
- Whatever situation you feel stuck in that’s related to your pregnancy, or pregnancy loss, we offer a safe space where you can be assured of confidentiality.
- Our trained volunteers are non-judgemental and, one on one, they listen, hear and explore your options to provide you support using a coach approach [L.O.V.E. approach by P. Hartshorn – Listen & Learn, Open Options, Vision and Values and Envision and Empower].

Mentors
- Our PH@B Mentors – male or female – walk alongside our mums and our dads to provide practical and emotional support.
- Having a mentor can help to ease the everyday stress of an unplanned pregnancy.
Material Support
- Nappies, maternity clothes, baby clothes, car-seats, nursery items, porta-cot, single pram, linen for cots etc. etc.
- Our links to networks within the region are able to connect you with your needs

Parenting Support
- One of our mentors are happy to meet with you at our Pregnancy Help Centre or a local cafe of your choice and simply be a support for you. Perhaps you want to give them a call through early parenting days.
- Their goal is to encourage you on your journey. You’ll be given opportunities to explore a local Parenting Bubs /Play group of your choice where you can connect with a wider group of local parents. These groups are often where you’ll find conversations around tips on how to walk the talk of parenting or simply to have other parents’ and children’s company, reassuring you that you’re not doing this alone. Just contact us and let us know what works best for you.
